Goose Island & Fullers Collaborate On 30th Anniversary Beer (Video)

From Goose Island:

Brewed to celebrate our 30th anniversary and inspired by our roots of John Hall’s love of English beer, we have collaborated with one of the most respected breweries in the world, Fuller’s of London, to create this Pale Ale that combines styles from both sides of the Atlantic. It uses all English malt, and a bold American dry-hop to make a unique beer that truly excites our brewing team. The depth of flavor of biscuit and light caramel malt joins a hop aroma that evokes oak and coconut, and tropical and citrus fruit. We wanted to deliver something special for our 30th Anniversary, paying respect to tradition and John’s original inspiration, and also looking forward with bold hop aromas and flavors that our brewers and U.S. beer drinkers love. We hope that you enjoy this special collaboration release as much as we do.
