This morning we get to see the 1st 2018 edition of the “ongoing foeder collaboration” series from Birds Fly South Ale Project in Greenville, SC. This Community Tap collaboration is called Community South and it is a sour brown ale that is aged 10-months in an Italian red wine foeder. The beer hits 5.6%-AbV and this is the 750ml bottle. We also have Noodles Lager 16oz cans (4%-AbV, 22 IBU), You & I session IPA (4.5%-AbV, 16oz cans), Love Birds 2 blended sour ale (5.2%-AbV, 375ml bottles), Weatherman foeder aged biere de garde (6.4%-AbV, 750ml bottles), Rhus sour grisette brewed with sumac Blackberry Farm Brewery collaboration (3.39%-AbV, 750ml bottles), Pict barrel-aged braggot with raspberry honey (10.8%-AbV, 12.68oz bottles), Hope & Anchor Australian-style pale ale (5.5%-AbV, 27 IBU, 16oz cans), Nights Like These Irish-style dry stout (4%-AbV, 26 IBU, 16oz cans), Brand new Eyes blended farmhouse ale (5.5%-AbV, 12.68oz bottles), Paper Airplanes foudre blended brett pale ale (5.5%-AbV, 12.68oz bottles), Rustic Sunday blended rye famhouse ale (7%-AbV, 12.68oz bottles), False Face sour stout aged in Bourbon barrels (5.8%-AbV, 12.68oz bottles), Rumble tropically-inspired farmhouse ale (6%-AbV, 12.68oz bottles), City Bus foedre-aged sour ale with local Muscadine grapes (7%-AbV, 12.68oz bottles) & God And Pils (4.3%-AbV, 750ml bottles).
