The two-day symposium, starting on Friday March 2nd and continuing through Saturday March 3rd, brings together farmers, brewers distillers, bakers, restauranteurs and consumers for a night of networking and a full day of speakers, seminars, industry panel discussions and a food & drink showcase featuring local grain and malt Saturday at the McNeil Science & Technology Center.
