Marshall Brewing Announces Packaging Refresh

Marshall Brewing Announces Packaging RefreshFrom Marshall Brewing:

As our tenth anniversary approaches, we are excited to announce a series of changes planned for Marshall Brewing. Firstly, we will refresh our packaging for our core brands in early 2018.

"We started sort of with the idea a little over a year ago that we were going to refresh our packaging. It's been 10 years in April, and we have had the same packaging since the beginning so we decided we needed a refresh," said Eric Marshall, founder and brewmaster of Marshall.

"We love the essence of the old labels; obviously, the central images and the hand-drawn characters. But we wanted something a little bit brighter. There was a lot of brown on our original labels, along with the brown bottles, kind of got drowned out. So we wanted to brighten it up a little bit but keep the same sort of true to style - so we just brightened it up a little bit."

Dunkel Debuts in Six Pack February 15th

For the last several years Dunkel Lager has been offered draft-only with limited placements found most often at ONEOK Field for Tulsa Roughneck and Tulsa Driller home games and Fassler Hall locations.

Dunkel is a Munich Style dark lager, brewed with reverence for tradition. Munich, Pils, and Vienna malts unite to produce a breadth, delicate sweetness with hints of nuts and caramel. My Hood hops are used sparingly to provide balance, offering up a smooth and drinkable dark lager with rich and complex flavors that keep you coming back for more. Classic, timeless, and enjoyable, Dunkel Lager checks in at a sessionable 4.8 % alcohol by volume.

“Our Dunkel has developed a cult like following over the years. Consumers have pressed consistently for Marshall to offer six packs through retail. As we approach our tenth anniversary, we are investing heavily in the future of our business. One aspect of that investment is making the classic German-style beers, which Eric Marshall is so adept at brewing, widely available. With the growth in the craft beer market, we are looking to define some brands for everyday beer drinkers interested in supporting small local business and knowing who brews there beer,” explained Director of Sales & Marketing, Wes Alexander

Look for Dunkel to be available in six packs where fine ales and lagers are sold February 15, 2018.
