Join us for an all-sour bottle release of some of our favorite offerings from our Solera program Saturday, January 13th at 12pm from our back dock.

The River to Hell Runs Red is an Oud Bruin Style Ale aged 6 months in our Brunello foudres. Re-fermented in Bourbon barrels and Cabernet barrels for 9 months. 75% aged upon raspberries and 25% aged upon blueberries. Bottle Conditioned. $16/500ml bottle. No Distro.

The River to Hell Bleeds Black is an Oud Bruin Style Ale aged 6 months in our Brunello foudres. Re-fermented in Bourbon barrels and Cabernet barrels for 9 months. 67% aged upon raspberries and 33% aged upon blueberries. Bottle Conditioned. $16/500ml bottle. No distro.

The Separation of Light & Darkness is a Mixed Culture Ale, made with NC barley and wheat from Riverbend Malt and aged in our Brunello Foudre. Dry-hopped with Mandarina Bavaria and Wakatu hops and bottle conditioned. Hailed as the Number 1 Saison last year by Paste Magazine we are so excited for its return. $16/750ml bottle. No distro.

We will also be conducting special barrel pours pulled by our Head of Wood Production, Mark Goodwin and Co-Founder Tim Gormley. We hope to see you there!
