“I am excited to be reintroducing Spotlight White IPA in 2018,” said Evan Rouse, Braxton Brewing Company Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer. “This White IPA is a bright and refreshing beer that stands out from your typical dark beer lineup during the winter.”

A White IPA, Spotlight is a hybrid of the wheat-based Belgian wit and American IPA styles. It’s brewed exclusively with Citra hops for bright citrus and tropical fruit notes. These delicately balance the fruit and spice notes synonymous with Belgian beers.  Spotlight also features the traditional use of orange peel and coriander.

This can begins Braxton Brewing Company’s 2018 seasonal lineup — a lineup that will see a few changes throughout the year. Braxton first brewed a White IPA as part of it’s experimental Beta IPA series in 2016. Based off of its popularity, Braxton Brewing Company decided to launch it’s 2017 seasonal calendar with the White IPA. Now, the brewery is excited to bring Spotlight back in 2018.

“Spotlight is a project that our fans and customers made possible,” said Jake Rouse, Braxton Brewing Company Co-Founder & CEO. “It went from testing and experimenting to scaling and canning very quickly. We’re excited to kickoff 2018 with one of our most popular seasonals.”

The cans will be available January through early March in Northern Kentucky, Cincinnati, Louisville, Lexington, Dayton and Nashville.
