This is Rum Barrel GBS and this gingerbread stout will return as part of the Hardywood Barrel Series. The beer is aged in Caribbean dark rum barrels before being packaged in 750ml bottles. Hardywood Gingerbread Stout is an imperial milk stout brewed with vanilla beans, cinnamon, fresh baby Hawaiian ginger from Casselmonte Farm and wildflower honey from Bearer Farms. In this limited variation, Gingerbread Stout is matured in Caribbean dark rum barrels that lend a smooth, distinctive character, emerging 12 weeks later as Rum Barrel GBS.
