Be on the lookout - Natura Morta with Blood Orange from Cellar 3 is making its national bottle debut this month! This Belgian-style Saison is brewed with ginger, Seville orange peel, and grains of paradise, before being fermented in massive wooden foudres with Brettanomyces for a satisfying hint of funk. The brew is then aged in French oak red wine barrels with juicy blood orange puree, and offers a tantalizingly sweet and tangy kick, with soft vanilla and earthy notes from the oak.
Look for 750 ml bottles of this limited release from Cellar 3 at a bottle shop near you very soon!
