The Brewer’s Cabinet & Sierra Nevada Collaborate On Electrum IPAExciting collaboration news from Brewer’s Cabinet & Sierra Nevada:

Local brewery partners with national beer maker for
exciting new brew

It’s no secret that The Brewer’s Cabinet has some delicious beer and the folks at Sierra Nevada Brewing Company are on to the beloved brewery. Just now going on draft, Electrum IPA is one of the first collaborations with a beer maker from the Golden State with a small-batch maker celebrating the Silver State.

“Electrum is a naturally occurring alloy of silver and gold,” said Michael Connolly, owner of The Brewer's Cabinet. “This name fit perfectly because we really hit the jackpot with this opportunity to both collaborate with a beer giant and also provide a taste of our good stuff to the masses. We are beyond excited.”

With a 6.8-percent alcohol by volume, Electrum IPA will please any hop head. Containing a substantial amount of Amarillo hops and Simcoe hop powder used for dry hopping, this beer brings together a nice balance of citrus and pine.

The Brewer’s Cabinet & Sierra Nevada Collaborate On Electrum IPAElectrum IPA is available for purchase at The Brewer’s Cabinet, Sierra Tap House and Ole Bridge Pub currently. With more retail locations coming soon.

“This exclusive beer won't be around too long so please enjoy while it lasts. Cheers from the Silver and Golden States!” Connolly adds.
