Bottle Logic Releasing Number Crunch & Fundamental Observation

imageFrom Bottle Logic:

We're thrilled to release Batch Three of Fundamental Observation, our chart-topping Imperial Vanilla Stout! This "liquid brownie batter" was aged in a combination of WL Weller, Buffalo Trace, Rebel Yell, and Four Roses bourbon barrels and finished out at a mighty 13.6% ABV. Each individual barrel saw multiple additions of Madagascar vanilla beans, each ultimately aging with 2.5 pounds over the course of a year.

Fundamental Observation was honored as 2015's Best New Beer on BeerAdvocate.com and continues to be one of our most sought-after releases.

But wait, there's more!

Our July Stasis Project release will feature an ADDITIONAL bottle sale of the first Level II variant built upon Fundamental Observation's incredible vanilla-struck base. Number Crunch is an ode to the chocolate bar; a bourbon barrel aged base of vanilla stout shot to Mars with a finishing 200lb touch of long-thought-lost Peruvian Fortunato and Mexican Chiapas cacao nibs. This beer is a trust fall of over-indulgence, the perfect chocolate counterpart to Fundamental Observation.
