Today we get to see a new beer a(nd a new machine) coming from Odell Brewing in Fort Collins, CO. This is Rupture and it is a beer that uses a new machine designed to grind the whole hop cones to “rupture” the lupulin and release the hop oil. The hops are ground and used the same day and and this “fresh grind ale” will hit 6%-AbV. This is the 12oz bottle and stay tuned for release info..
