This Friday at 4pm when our tasting room opens, we’ll be releasing Fair Voyage, our collaboration with Fair Isle Brewing in Seattle, Washington! Fair Voyage was brewed with Washington fireweed and fermented with combined mixed cultures of native yeast and bacteria from Jester King and Fair Isle.
Fair Voyage will be available by the glass and in bottles to go. Approximately 2,500 bottles are available. No bottle limit. We do not anticipate Fair Voyage will be available outside our tasting room apart from special events. We’re excited to be joined by Andrew Pogue and Geoffrey Barker of Fair Isle for the release!
