image
Here’s another new international collaboration coming from Hoppin’ Frog.  This time they’re working with Denmark’s Dry & Bitter Brewing and the Fermentoren bar in Copenhagen and the beer is called Copenhagen Crisp.  This ale brewed with grains of paradise will hit 6.2%-AbV and you’re looking at the 22oz bottle.  Stay tuned for release details on this 2016 collaboration.

UPDATE 2 Jan 2017 from Hoppin’ Frog:

Join us at Hoppin' Frog Brewery this Saturday (1/7) for the release of Copenhagen Crisp!
Bottle and draft release at the brewery.  ABV: 6.2% | IBU: 16
Clean & crisp, tasteful & fun, just like the style throughout Copenhagen.  And just like a majority of the Danish, its blonde!! Brewed with a touch of Caramel and Biscuit malt, plus Grains of Paradise for a subtle complexity and extra depth of flavor. Made in collaboration with our BFF brewmaster Søren Wagner from Dry & Bitter Brewing Company and the famous Fermentoren bar of Copenhagen.
Skål - Cheers!!
