Today we get a peek at a new collaboration beer coming from Wicked Weed and Jester King: Red Atrial This beer is a 50/50 blend of each brewery’s raspberry sour ales (Red Angel & Atrial Rubicite). Each beer was brewed independently on 5-pounds per gallon of raspberries then the blend was combined on 4-pounds per gallon of fresh raspberries and re-fermented for 2-months in puncheons. This beer will hit 6.4%-AbV and you’re looking at the 500ml bottle. Stay tuned here for release details.
