Mandarin oranges, Tangerines, Fruit peel and Acacia wood
Strong Pale Ale? Sure. Use some wheat, rye, and oats? Love that. Hop with Summit, Palisade and Super Galena but keep the bitterness low? Aroma-tastic. Add copious amounts of Mandarins, Oranges and Tangerines on the hot side of the brew? Here we go. Recirculate through Acacia wood and Dekapon mandarin peels over two days post-fermentation? Now it's a Black Raven beer, whatever it takes to cram this much sunshine into a beer. How does it taste? The wheat, rye and oats add a complex mouthfeel to balance strong citrus pith bitter notes. Huge mandarin and orange flavor cascade throughout and play with the hops from first sniff to finish. Sharp and clean.
