Radiant Pig to Launch Junior IPA Cans 8/14

From Radiant Pig:

Since Radiant Pig Craft Beers launched in 2013, they’ve been a draft-only kind of company, but are

excited to announce that Junior IPA will be available in cans beginning August 11th.

Junior IPA will be packaged in 6 packs of 12oz cans and distributed by SKI Beer in New York

City, Long Island and Westchester. The artwork on the can was created by Co-Founder and

Head Brewer, Rob Pihl, and pays homage to hop heads and NYC street art.

"We’ve never packaged any of our beer before so we wanted to take our time and make sure we

did it right. And we believe that one of the best ways to enjoy craft beer is out of a can." says Pihl.

The alcohol content for Junior IPA is modest at 5%, or as our Head of Operations and Co-
Founder Laurisa Milici would say, “it’s safe." Milici goes on to say "which is why we thought

Junior would be more fitting in a 12oz can."

Pihl
elaborates on Junior IPA, "We wanted to pack big flavors into a small-ish beer. We use four

different ma
lts and seven different hop varieties in this unfiltered, fruity, delicious gem of a

session IPA. It’s very hoppy, but it drinks easy, without feeling watered down."

The big party to celebrate the release will be at ABC Beer Co in Manhattan on August 14th at

7pm, complete with free Radiant Pig koozies.
