Here’s your first look at the 30th release in the Avery Barrel-Aged Series of beers. This is Vallum and it is a barrel-aged wild grape ale that uses 100% spontaneous fermentation. This beer will be release in 12oz bottles (92 cases) and the beer hits 9.6%-AbV.
