Here we have batch 1 from the Foster The Funk series from Tuckahoe Brewing Co in Egg Harbor Twp., NJ. This is Marigolden and it is a golden sour ale that goes through primary fermentation with New Jersey Sacchromyces, a secondary fermentation with Brettanomyces and then a fresh dose of apricots in the oak barrels for the final fermentation. This beer will be packaged in 25oz bottles and the beer will hit 5.8%-AbV. We also have Scourge of The Seven Seas wine barrel aged imperial black ale with cinnamon sticks, cocoa nibs and roasted habaneros (9.4%-AbV) and The Funkier The Bretta (6.4%-AbV & 27 IBU)..
