Annually, Carr sells about 10,000 cases of Moose Wizz, making it one of his more popular sodas. When he attempted to copyright the name earlier this year, he ran into some trouble when the folks at Canada's Moosehead Lager found out.
"Moosehead beer saw us registering for soda and basically told us to not do that," said Carr.
At the beginning of the month, Moosehead attorneys demanded Carr remove all of his product from store shelves. When he did not oblige, two weeks later he was notified they were taking him to federal court.
