Here’s a new big boy coming from Side Project Brewing in Saint Louis, MO. This is Anabasis and it is a Bourbon barrel-aged American Barleywine ale. This beer uses American malts & hops as well as an English Ale yeast and it is aged for 18 months in a single Wine and Cheese Place Blanton’s barrel. Look for Anabasis to be packaged in 750ml bottles and it comes in BIG at 14% ABV.
