Guinness have partnered up with the Disappearing Dining Club to produce a recipe for Guinness Ice Cream. Please enjoy responsibly. See below for the ingredients that you'll need:
- 500ml Double cream
- 500ml Whole milk
- 1 Vanilla pod
- 4 Whole eggs
- 3 Egg yolks
- 500g Caster sugar
- 1.2litres GUINNESS West Indies Porter
- 2tbsp Golden syrup
