From New Holland:

Holland, Michigan-based craft brewery and artisan distiller, New Holland Brewing has announced their current CFO, Amy Kenny, will take on a dual role of CFO/COO.

Kenny has been the company’s CFO since 2012, following an interim stint as a financial consultant for the brewery and distillery.

“As New Holland continues to grow, we are aware that we need a level of foresight when it comes to our financial and strategic planning,” says President and Co-founder of New Holland Brewing, Brett VanderKamp. “Amy has provided us with exceptional direction in her role as CFO and has the expertise to usher us through this time of key development.”

Kenny’s new role will oversee financial, human resources and operational leadership, with focus on several key capital projects. For most of her career, Kenny worked for process manufacturing companies, being very involved with plant operations, especially safety, from both the people and process points of view. She was the CFO of JB Laboratories, responsible for finance, HR, IT and risk management. In 2008 she worked as an independent consultant with New Holland before joining the company full time in 2012.

“I believe in New Holland as a brand and am devoted to its success,” says Kenny. “In my new dual role, my focus will be on providing leadership and project management to ensure that we have the resources and processes to support our anticipated growth. It has always been my desire to be more than a scorekeeper for the company. This new role formalizes my involvement with strategic management and I am excited about the direction of the company and the team that we have in place to continue both growing and yet maintaining our devotion to the craft lifestyle.”
