Today we not only get to see a new series of beers coming from Two Roads, we also get to see the first two beers in the series. The Two Roads Lambic Series of beer will kick off with Kriek and Gueuze. Kriek is an ale fermented with sour cherries from the Staehly Farms in East Haddam, CT. The beer is aged for 15 months in oak barrels and it will come in at 5.2% ABV. Up next is Gueuze and it is a honey ale Two Roads has been aging in oak barrels for 18 months. This beer uses wildflower honey from beehives on the Two Roads property and it is refermented in the bottle and it comes in at 5% ABV. These are both 12.7oz bottles. Stay tuned for release details.
