Ithaca Releases Embrr Rye Porter To Replace Cold Front

We brought you the news of this beer, and now the official word from Ithaca:

Ithaca Beer is warming up the palate this Fall with an all new Rye Porter called Embrr.  Available in the Taproom starting today and making its way to store shelves and draft lines all over the Northeast very shortly after.

A cold weather game changer of a beer, Embrr is every bit as rich and tasty as its sonorous name suggests.  A true wake up call if you haven’t started packing away your Summer whites yet. Embrr (not a typo!) is brewed with a hefty portion of rye and flaked rye to give this smooth porter a rich chocolaty body and hint of spice.  Embrr is brewed with 2-Row, Chocolate, Rye, Flaked Rye, Crystal, Roasted Barley, and Sybilla hops.  Alcohol by Volume 6.6%

This lovingly crafted porter may just be Ithaca Beer’s finest sweater-weather, crunch-through-fallen-leaves, warm-your-toes-by-the-fire kind of beer to come barreling out of the fermenters, into bottles, and onto your taste buds.

Embrr will replace Cold Front in Ithaca Beer’s quarterly line-up of seasonal beers and quickly warm, yes warm, its way its way into your heart.
