This morning we get a look at two new bottles coming from Mystic Brewery. Flor Ventus is part of Mystic’s Barrel Program and it is a first year wild ale aged in French Oak. This beer is made in the traditional Lambic method without the addition of souring acids and it will come in at 4.5% ABV and 16 IBU. Ye Wicked Pilgrim is an Imperial Stout brewed with Massachusetts malted wheat and native Massachusetts yeasts. This beer will come in at a big 12% ABV and 64 IBU. These are both 750ml bottles and stay tuned for release details.
