From Heavy Seas:
The Big DIPA is a massively hoppy beer, yet with a surprisingly elegant profile. To a lush malt base infused with rye, we hop this beer 4 different times during the brewing process - in the kettle, in the hopback, and it is dry hopped twice after we age the beer on untoasted white oak. The result is an imperial IPA that is perfectly balanced and extremely drinkable. Cheers to the Big DIPA, may it guide you safely home!
