I brought you a peek at all of these beers (here and here), and now the official word from Ithaca :

As a follow up to our popular Box of Hops Variety Pack we released a couple months back, we present Box of Belgians. Available in the Taproom on Thursday, February 13th and also in select markets across the northeast shortly thereafter.

Box of Belgians features four aggressively hoppy, and ever so Belgian-inspired ales found only in this variety pack: Hopbloem, Fleur de Belgique, Obscurite and Laissez Faire.

Box of Belgians is a limited release (only 10,000 packs) available in select markets around the Northeast beginning in mid-February but on sale in the Taproom at Ithaca Beer starting Thursday, February 13th.  All four beers will make limited draft appearances around the Northeast and Ohio in support.

Look for Box of Belgians events around Ithaca in support of the release as well as in the Northeastern market in the following weeks.  To celebrate the release, the Taproom at Ithaca Beer will celebrate in fine fashion with samples and food pairings at the brewery as well as specials on the menu designed to pair perfectly with each beer.

We’ll also team up with 4 fantastic restaurants in Ithaca at the annual Great Chili Cook-Off on the Commons in Ithaca.  Each of the restaurants will pair their gourmet chili with one of the four Belgian beers inside Box of Belgians. Viva Taqueria will feature Fleur de Belgique IPA, Mahogany Grill will feature Hopbloem IPA, Simeons will feature Laissez Faire Belgian-style Tripel and Kilpatricks will feature Obscurite Belgian Stout.  For more details about Chili Fest, visit the official Chili Fest webpage.

Box of Belgians is the second in a new series of variety packs Ithaca Beer has introduced.  The first being Box of Hops, which will return again in October 2014.
