I’m excited to bring you the first look at six new lambics coming from Upland Brewing. Today we have Blueberry Lambic, Kiwi I Lambic, Strawberry Lambic, Peach Lambic, Blackberry Lambic & Cherry Lambic. These are all brewed using wild yeast in oak casks for over a year and they use local fruit from Huber Orchard in Starlight, IN (except for Kiwi & cherry). No word on ABV just yet but these lambics will be packaged in big 750ml bottles so stay tuned for release details.
