From San Tan Brewing Co:

PHOENIX, AZ--(Oct 1, 2013/mbb/) - San Tan Brewing Company just launched its RailSlide Imperial Spiced Ale November 1st, and it has been a great success. The demand for the new beer is astounding with new orders coming in constantly.

Founded in 2007, San Tan Brewing always impresses its value on customers with its constant innovations in terms of brewing great beers and creating dishes that one can perfectly pair with their drinks. RailSlide Imperial Spiced Ale is just one of the newly launched brews of the company, which has received wide acceptance from craft beer and brew lovers. It made its seasonal debut on the last few days of October at San Tan Brewing located in Downtown Chandler. Anthony Canecchia, the owner and head brewer, said that this newly introduced ale will be available in cans and draft during the last two months of this year (November and December). The launching of RailSlide Imperial Spiced Ale marks another history in San Tan Brewing Company's years of existence because it is its very first seasonal brew, made available in cans. The creation of Rail Slide can be traced back to the widely accepted 12-Daze seasonal brew, which received great attention last year. RailSlide is also a seasonal made in collaboration with Liberty market. It resembles the popular Chai tea featured in Gilbert's eatery. The only difference is that it infuses some touch of ginger, cardamom and cinnamon.

RailSlide Imperial Spiced Ale is also the first out of the 4 quarterly seasonal brews that will be introduced, and offered by San Tan in 12-ounce cans. The other three brews are the Count Hopula Imperial Red IPA, Sex Panther Imperial Chocolate Porter, and the Mr. Pineapple Wheat Beer. The brewing of RailSlide is also based upon the conventional English Strong Ale. It presents winter flavors that convey hints of cinnamon, fresh ginger and licorice. One thing that makes the process of trying out RailSlide worthwhile is that it represents the pioneering, and innovative spirit and traits of American craft brewers.

One of the many ingredients and flavors that can be noticed in the drink is the Chai tea blend from Liberty Market, which features fresh ginger, nutmeg, black pepper, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves. RailSlide is also characterized by its Imperial Spiced Ale style, summit hops, American Ale yeast, and dark amber hue. Its malt also includes 2-row, roasted, white wheat, chocolate, Munich and caramel.

According to Anthony Canecchia, the original plan was to create the seasonal in 16-ounce cans. However, they faced prohibitions and limitations in terms of cost and logistics. To avoid selling a 4-pack consisting of 16-ounce cans, Anthony and his team decided to offer the seasonal in 6-packs with 12-ounce cans. This is more affordable than the first plan, which is one of the reasons why RailSlide has been capturing people's attention so quickly.

Aside from the launching of the RailSlide Imperial Sliced Ale, San Tan Brewing just opened another distribution facility located in the East Valley. Anthony also plans on finalizing the details of the project within a month. This facility will hold a 50-barrel system, which has a 1,500-gallon brewing capacity. This will further increase the reach of San Tan and its ability to produce large quantities of great beers. Connect with Anthony on Blogger and Google+.
