Here’s an exciting new bottle and series coming from Side Project Brewing. This series is called Brett Project and this release will be aged in wine barrels. These beer will each use a different strain Brettanomyces yeast and a Saison grain bill. This beer will be packaged in 750ml bottles by Perennial Artisanal Ales and come in at 6% ABV.
