Here’s an exciting new beer coming from Goose Island. This beer is called Gillian and it is a Belgian Farmhouse Ale aged in wine barrels. Gilliam is brewed with strawberries, honey & white pepper, it is packaged in 25.87oz bottles and it will come in at 9.1% ABV. I also received a tip that this beer may have previously been a draft-only brew called Scully form 2010.
