From Beachwood Brewing:

Long Beach, CA – April 1, 2013/mbb/ – Hopheads rejoice! Beachwood Brewing, known for creating masterfully hop centric beers, is debuting their first bottled IPA — THRILLSEEKER West Coast IPA on April 9.

Thrillseeker starts with a base of American 2-row malt and a dose of extra light caramel malt which let the hops power through. The IPA is then generously hopped with Chinook, Summit, Centennial, and Simcoe which lays down a massive citrus and tropical hop profile. As Brewmaster and co-owner Julian Shrago explains, “Hop-focused beers are a big part of the Beachwood Brewing philosophy. Dry hopping with Simcoe and Chinook really creates an explosively bright and crisp aroma.”

“We’ve been planning on this release for quite some time, trying to balance the demand for our IPAs to be bottled and the unique challenges that they endure, says co-owner Gabriel Gordon. “It’s exciting to know that folks who can’t easily make it over to our Long Beach or Seal Beach spots will now have the chance to enjoy Thrillseeker. It’s best appreciated fresh. Find it at your local craft beer store and drink it – don’t hold on to this one.”
