Trinity Opening New Barrel Room & Expanding Sour/Wild Program - Bottles Going Statewide

From Trinity:

Wow!  What a start to the year !  We've been very very busy at TRiNiTY!  If you haven't heard, in February we broke ground on our new barrel cellar room.  This is the start of a project that I've been wanting to embark on for over a decade now :)... The new cellar will be filled with ~80 French oak barrels, and allow us to expand our sour/wild bottling project dramatically.  In 2012 we produced 5,000 750ml bottles ... for 2013 we are projecting ~65,000 750ml bottles of TRiNiTY beer.  It's a huge push through 2013!  Our 'Cases of the Mondays' series will be available nearly full time (as long as we don't sell out), and features 100% Bretta and Lacto fermented beers.  The core of that series will be TPS Report, Red Swingline Stappler, Oh Face Provisional Saison, and Damn it Feels Good to Be a Gangsta'.

Look for our big bottles to be hitting all the best bottle shops in Denver, Boulder, and Fort Collins next month.  That's right !!  Demand has been so high for these beautiful beers that we decided to sign a distribution contract taking our bottles statewide.  This is literally the biggest move we have ever made since opening our doors, and it's exciting.  Next month's special tappings start on Saturday with a Flo IPA in a horizontal firkin dry hopped with UK Gold, Willamette, along with Colorado grown Crystal and Nugget.  We will be celebrating St. Paddy's Day the entire weekend this year, kicking it off with the release of Wee Banshee Irish Red Ale aged on heather tips on Saturday March 16th.  The legendary 5th annual Beers and boards skate art show is scheduled for Friday March 22nd, and is always a hoot !  We also have a few potentially new releases in bottles ready that may pop up next month, we're just waiting on label approvals so keep your ears tuned!  Big things for a little brewery!!! If any of you stop in next month and see me, please hit me up, I'd love to show off our new barrel room!  Cheers, and only drink good beer !
