We brought you news of Jester King El Cedro Hoppy Cedar-Aged Ale coming on 12/20, and now we have the official label approval. El Cedro uses Brettanomyces yeast, 2-row and carapils barley as well as organic wheat in the malt, with Millennium, Cascade, Columbus, Citra and Simcoe hops…and to finish up they aged the beer on Spanish Cedar spirals. El Cedro will be package din 750ml bottles and come in at 8% ABV and 42 IBU.
