Blue Tarp Brewing & Three Taverns Brewing Both Coming to Decatur GA

imageTwo more small breweries join our ranks as Blue Tarp brewing launches today and Three Taverns Brewing set to open this spring…both in Decatur, GA.  Details from the patch:

Decatur's reputation as a beer Mecca strengthens with the opening of two new breweries--Three Taverns Brewing, and Blue Tarp Brewing Company.

Blue Tarp will celebrate its opening at 5 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 27, at the Brick Store Pub. A keg of Blue Tarp's first beer will be tapped. Three Taverns is expected to open in the spring.

    I just got back from Brick store and had a few pints of the Bantam Weight from Blue Tarp. It was a wonderfully crafted smooth dark ale, I could have downed many more.
