Seaside Brewing Expanding from 1bbl to 15bbl System

From Seaside:

It’s called a Nano System. It’s a one bbl (barrel) system, so it makes about 2 kegs every time we brew on it. While we are waiting to begin construction on the larger brewery (15 bbl) we decided to put the Nano back together and brew. The best beers in the world are the beers we make ourselves. Beer we brew for our friends. Beers that have a story behind them. Brewing on a little nano system has several advantages… the first one being we get to brew beer when we go to work, which is just about the most fun legally allowed and still be designated a ‘job’… and when we’re done, we get to drink our beer with our friends. Another advantage is we can experiment all we want without worrying about having to dump a gigantic batch if it ends up tasting like foot. Unless you like the taste of foot. In which case, we will happily brew that beer for you. Because you’re our friend. And we don’t judge you for being into foot. We are having a blast experimenting and filling the Pub with the smell of hops and music and laughter and as soon as we get going on the big system we’ll throw a big shin-dig and you’re invited. Shoes required. Weirdo.
