“An exploration of traditional English Perry excited us enough to want to explore a Fox Barrel interpretation of a cider classic,” said Bruce Nissen, Head Cider-Maker, Crispin Cider Company.
Fox Barrel Perry is an untraditional but authentic interpretation of pear cider-making, inspired by an uncommon cider style that originated in the British Midlands.
