THE ABYSS
We dare you to fall into the depth of The Abyss once again and discover why this dark and mysterious imperial stout has everyone craving more. Far from an empty void, this abyss is filled with dark malts, brewers' licorice and black strap molasses and then "dry hopped" with vanilla beans and cherry bark making it rich and complex beyond belief. Aged in bourbon, Oregon oak and pinot barrels, this precious liquid only gets better with age. Try taking out prior years' vintages and slowly savor each and every ounce of The Abyss.

JUBELALE
Every year we look forward to Jubelale's fall release. This year the label design and artwork comes from Kaycee Anseth Townsend known for her "collaging" technique. By using small scraps of previous Jubelale labels, a beautiful piece of artwork was created that encompasses 25 years of Jubelale. Enjoy this malty, magnificent beer that will warm your hearts and belly this fall season. Cheers to 25 years!

HOP TRIP
Some say it's the best time of year for beer when we take the trip over the pass to Doug Weather's hop fields near Salem, OR for the Crystal Hop harvest. After bagging these aromatic green cones of awesomeness, we hustle back to toss these hops into the brew kettle within four hours of picking.
