Hill Farmstead will be releasing two versions of their Vera Mae today. One version is straight, one was inoculated with their house souring culture to create a gently tart flavor. There are approximately 1000 bottles so don’t delay.
And this 8/1 Update from Hill Farmstead:
Vera Mae bottling 1 and Vera bottling 2 have developed into virtually the same beer. Just did a side by side. Our house souring culture seems to work quite fast in the bottle... =) Carry on.
