Here’s another new release from Schneider Weisse called Wiesen Edel-Weisse Ale (Tap4). This 6.2% ABV ale is a re-awakening of a 1942 Oktoberfest ale (brewed by Georg Schneider) that has been dormant for 57 years. It is certified organic, bottle conditioned and will be packaged in the odd 16.9oz bottles.
