Summit Brewing Co announced today they will be undertaking a new $6 Million expansion in 2013 & 2014 to meet the growing demand for their beers. Summit will be adding on to their existing building to increase fermentation space as well as an additional packaging area. Started in 1986, Summit is still Minnesota’s largest craft brewery at roughly 105,000 barrels.
