Brooklyn Brewing–Bam Boozle & The Companion Ale

We don’t get to post too many label approvals from Garrett and everyone at Brooklyn Brewery…so it was exciting to see not one…but TWO NEW LABELS.  Up first is Bam Boozle Ale (100% bottle refermented Ale—750ml & 7.6% ABV)  This beer was brewed to commemorate (and benefit) the 150th Anniversary of the Brooklyn Academy of Music.  The Companion (100% bottle refermented ale in 750ml bottles and 7.6% ABV)  This beer was produced in conjunction with the Oxford Companion to Beer & brewed by Garrett Oliver (editor in chief.)  This brew is a wheat-wine made with 55% new wheat floor-malts from Weyerman maltings.
