Just in time for Memorial Day weekend and the official start of the Summer season-
on Friday, May 27th, we will release our Hefeweizen at the Allentown Brew Works and at the Bethlehem Brew Works.
Brewmaster Beau Baden shows his expertise with this one, as he is known for this German style wheat beer!
His first employment was as a brewer at Pyramid Breweries where he won the GABF Gold medal for Hefeweizen in 2001. Pyramid still proudly remarks that the beer is “the standard by which all other wheat beers are judged.”
The Hefeweizen comes in at 5.2%abv, and pairs excellently with the PA Dutch section of our menu, and with salads, poultry, or light fish dishes.
