Moylan’s–Bjor Nagal Lager

image
Here’s your first look at the Moylan’s Bjor Nagal Lager.  Bjor Nagal is Gaelic for “California Common” and it will be brewed using Pilsner, Munich and Carmelized malts “selected and roasted by Sabine and Thomas Kraus-Weyerman, owners of Weyerman Specialty Malt in Bamberg, Germany.”  This 6% ABV lager uses Spalter & Hallertauer Mittlefruh (sourced from Hops From England) and Northern Brewer hops sourced from the German Hop Growers Cooperative.  This is a bottle-conditioned live ale and it will be packaged in 22oz bottles and made available for the Craft brewers Conference on March 25th.
