This is your first peek at the new Bruery Cuir 2011 3rd Anniversary Ale. The brew is a blend of 75% ale and 25% ale aged in bourbon barrels. This is a limited release to be packaged in 750ml bottles and it will come in at a BIG 14.5% ABV. This brew has a lot in common with their previous Coton and Papier brews, and in fact some of these brews were used n Cuir. Patrick plans to continue this trend of blending in previous anniversary ales, and also stay tuned for a unblended Cuir (all barrel aged) for The Bruery’s Reserve Society.
