Here’s your absolute first looks at the new Lips of Faith grand Cru Abbey le from new Belgium. This is the new packaging for the previous non-Lips version so expect this 22oz brew to come in around 9.5% ABV and 20 IBU. As the name indicates, this is one to sit down and age for a few years so be sure to buy more than a few when it arrives in June.
I’ve also included the keg packaging for Super Cru 10% ABV from the Lips of Faith series. These are two different beers by packaging AND by ABV.
I’ve Always Hated Fat Tire says Peter Bouckaert, Brewmaster for New Belgium in their new Joy Ride social media.
Peter does go on to explain that Fat Tire is the most difficult beer they make and to give us some great insights on future beers from new Belgium, and his inspiration for those beers…and also the future of Fat Tire as they celebrate their 20th Anniversary now through the end of summer. Check out the Joy Ride for yourself and see what both Peter and co-founder Kim Jordan have to say.
