The Bruery–ISO:FT 2nd Version of Marron Acidifie

image

Approved this morning!  Here’s the new Bruery ISO:FT collaboration series brew.  This second co-brew with Cigar City is actually a minor tweak on their previous Marron Acidifie and it will be packaged in 750ml bottles.  This is a “dark sour ale brewed with guava and dates and aged in oak barrels” (all fruits grown in Florida and California—the home states of each brewery).  This brew has not yet been certified in PA, but like many other Bruery & Cigar City beers, I suspect it will….so stay tuned for details

  1. From the Bruery Reserve Society email:
It will only be offered to our Reserve Society members as there simply isn't much to go around, which is unfortunate, because it's a beer that deserves a wider release

  2. Thank you but ARgh! Perhaps in the next batch (if there is one) we'll see a wider release.
