I’m always surprised at the many many combinations of what Mitch and the guys at Stone can do with Arrogant Bastard…and here’s the latest. This is the newly approved keg label for Chipotle Peppers Double Bastard (1/2 keg size). This taste-monster comes in at 11.2% ABV so watch out. According to Stone this will be released on Jan 21-22 and their company store as a special growler-only beer. Stone periodically releases unusual combinations for growler fills in their company store only. For what it’s worth, they are naming this a 2010 Double Bastard Ale even though it’s release will occur in 2011.
