Last week we finally hit a traditional summer German-style wheat beer. I’m reasonably sure this was not everyone’s favorite beer, but I think everyone found it drinkable and an enjoyable summer beer. I also think Stoudt’s interpretation of a northern German styled Wheat is pretty accurate, so I think we chose a fine example of the style AND a local brewery as well.
So what’s our beer of the week THIS week? Hint: This beer comes to us from the mountains and it was a style that Nancy has requested.
