Name That IPA – RJ Rockers Brewery

RJRockers I like posting these sort of things out because you simply never know who among us will come up with a cool name and win some swag, not to mention beer-fame-and-fortune.  This contest comes to us courtesy of RJ Rockers Brewing in Spartansburg, SC.  Their rules stipulate that the name can’t already be in use by another brewery (duh!) and we need to keep it “clean.”  The winner will get a “gift”  (from RJ Rockers not me) and entries can be e-Mailed to goodbeer@rjrockers.com.   To get you started, their current line-up of beers have very standards (i.e. non-creative) sorts of names like “Buckwheat Ale” and “Light Rock Ale” with a few interesting names like “Son of a Peach” and “Bell Ringer Ale.”  Put on your creative hats and win some swag…

    I'm dissapointed to report that not only was the winning entry not mine, but it was also named after a Penguin AND submitted by four different people. Welcome RJ Rockers Rockhopper IPA.
